For the past decade the cPRFhk has run its accreditation program to audit service standards in PR agencies in Hong Kong. The ICCO membership comprises national trade associations in twenty-eight countries across the globe: from Europe, Africa, Asia, the Americas and Australia. Collectively, these associations represent close to 1,500 PR firms.

What we do
ICCO provides a forum for senior management of the world's best PR consultancies to meet and address issues of mutual interest and concern.

Members work together to raise standards of quality, address ethical issues, harmonise professional PR consultancy practice, and share knowledge. ICCO also acts as a matchmaker between consultancies in different countries. Members have an opportunity to meet in person twice a year at meetings of the Board, at the bi-annual ICCO Global Summit and at any number of ICCO partner events.

Standards
Member countries all conform to the highest standards in the world through the organisation's own professional code, the Stockholm Charter, and since 2005 have adopted the International Public Relations Association’s Charter on Media Transparency.

To date, fifteen countries have also adopted the Consultancy Management Standard (CMS). First introduced by the UK’s Public Relations Consultancy Association (PRCA), CMS is a recognised management accreditation available to ICCO-affiliated firms that provides clients with a unique quality guarantee.
